RISE

I lost the folder with January's songs for this year. I found this song from that month on a CD I burned. It needs to be redone, but I don't have what it takes to do that.  So, you get it kind of rough.

I like the song because it expresses my love for my fellow followers of Jesus who are still in need of liberation from the man-made religious system we all inherited. I am choosing to trust that God will free His children from this spiritual exile.

RISE

the promise given you

You are my soul’s brave act of faith
