WHAT THE WORLD DOES NEXT

It doesn’t matter what the world does next
Something in the ways of God will remain true

You know all the reasons for your discontent
You know all the answers for what to do

Up there in the heavens God is speaking words
now shaping everything we’ll ever see

Uttering His words of love that make things stand
While we go on in pride and this insanity

God is who is first and God will be the last
Something tells me everything’s in His command

Adjust your plans to his or else be ushered off
This is a God of choices and they’re going to stand

LOVE CARES WHAT WE WANT


Bravery will only get you to the open door
No one enters in without the golden key

It’s shaped like Jesus’ eyes, like the lamb of God
Think you should relent and let His mercy be

All our haughty lies are only casualties
of the shame that stole lives, our identities

This remembered blood is how we overcome
Under Jesus body we are all set free

If you want a plan than hear this call to grace
Choose now who you’ll serve, be it love or pride

Render unto God the honor due His love
or take your place with those hollowed out inside
